Ternynck Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2023

Sourced from old vines planted in the 1970s, this Chablis channels classic Kimmeridgian limestone character with a clean, saline mineral line. The nose opens on lemon, yellow plum and green apple, touched by subtle vanilla and blossom. The palate is dry, taut and precise, its lively acidity balanced by a faintly creamy mid-palate from extended lees aging. The finish is long, saline and refreshing. Pair with oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish or young goat’s cheese; serve at 10–12 °C and expect a few years of positive development in bottle.
