Vineyard
Relatively young but high quality vineyard based on mass selection plants that adjoins the Oxer house. In other words, it could be called the wine of his garden.

Winemaking
Fermentation with native yeasts in used 1.000 litre French oak foudres. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in used 600L barrels.
