Vineyard
Very old vineyard of 0.9 ha planted in 1920 in the town of Villabuena del Puente on sandy soils with a large amount of quartz, very poor with very low yields per hectare.

Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in 1,000L French oak foudres and in 500-litre open French oak barrels. Carry out malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 12 months in 600L multipurpose foudres.
