A powerful single-vineyard Grüner Veltliner from Ried Lamm — one of Kamptal's most celebrated Erste Lage (first-growth) sites — crafted by biodynamic pioneer Weingut Hirsch. The deep, warm loess soils at the foot of the Heiligenstein yield a wine of exceptional concentration and depth. Ripe yellow stone fruit, pear and citrus zest unfold alongside honeyed spice, tobacco and the variety's classic white pepper, all framed by a creamy, layered texture and a long, mineral, saline finish. Structured and age-worthy, it rewards a few years in the cellar and pairs beautifully with rich fish, poultry, veal or mature cheeses.
