1. General Terms

These terms apply when purchasing goods via the online store www.winecraft.ee. The online store is operated by Wine Craft OÜ. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT (24%).
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. The payment is first received by Maksekeskus AS and then forwarded to the merchant.

Accepted payment methods include bank links, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, and others.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within Estonia:

  • Parcel machines: 1–3 business days

  • Courier delivery: 1–3 business days

  • In-store pickup: free of charge at Allveelaeva 4, Tallinn

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before confirming the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

According to Estonian consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement within 14 days, except in specific cases (e.g., alcohol). Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to alcoholic beverages that are perishable or whose price depends on market fluctuations (§ 53 (4) p 4 and 5 of the Law of Obligations Act).

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned goods have been inspected. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped by notifying us via email at order@winecraft.ee.

6. Complaints and Liability

If the item is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years of the purchase date. Please notify us as soon as possible via email.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purposes of completing the purchase.

8. Final Provisions

Wine Craft OÜ reserves the right to update these terms and prices. The version valid at the time of the order will apply.
