A crystalline, bone-dry Grüner Veltliner from Weingut Hirsch, one of Kamptal's leading biodynamic estates. Grown on the loess and loam soils around the village of Kammern, whole-bunch pressed and slowly fermented in stainless steel, it shows the grape at its most vivid and pure. Bright citrus and green apple mingle with yellow stone fruit, fresh garden herbs and the variety's signature touch of white pepper, all carried by a cool, mineral line and crisp, juicy acidity.
