Tua Rita Redigaffi Toscana IGT, Tuscany 2023

Redigaffi is Tua Rita’s iconic 100% Merlot, named after a small stream that flows near the estate. When Rita and Virgilio set aside two barriques of Merlot in 1994, they could hardly have imagined that they were creating what would become an internationally acclaimed cult wine. From vines planted in 1988, and thanks to their unique position, soil composition and microclimate, Redigaffi has become one of Italy’s most celebrated wines.

It was the first Italian wine to receive 100/100 from Robert Parker, confirming its place among the great wines of the world. Produced in the Alta Maremma, Colline Metallifere area, Redigaffi remains one of Tua Rita’s flagship wines, with an annual production of around 15,000 bottles.
