Paul Chavy Meursault 2023

The bouquet opens with ripe pear and apple layered over toasted brioche and a delicate nutty note. On the palate the texture is creamy yet poised, lifted by lemon zest and a fine Meursault minerality. The mid-palate is full and silky, finishing long with a subtle imprint of oak and a whisper of verbena. Delicious already, and its acidity and structure suggest graceful development over the next few years.
