The bouquet layers rose and violet over red cherry and plum, with blood-orange zest, licorice, anise, hints of tar and fine cedar spice. The palate is dry and full-bodied, driven by bright, refreshing acidity and tightly knit, ultra-fine tannins that feel chalk-textured rather than coarse. The finish is long, cool-toned and mineral, with polished oak seamlessly integrated.
