Paolo Scavino Rocche dell'Annunziata Riserva DOCG 2011

This exceptional Barolo Riserva reflects the balance and depth of Rocche dell'Annunziata, one of La Morra's most prestigious crus. Long ageing gives the wine an elegant structure, a complex bouquet and a silky texture. Ripe red berries, truffle, sweet spice and tobacco leaf are complemented by fine oak notes and a long, layered finish. 2011 was a warm, ripe vintage, and the wine already drinks beautifully while retaining excellent development potential.
