Paolo Scavino Barbera d'Alba 2016

An elegant, poised Barbera that impresses with juicy fruit and fine spice. The nose shows ripe cherries, blueberries and delicate licorice, with a light oak note. On the palate, lively acidity is balanced by soft tannins, leading to a pleasantly long, fresh finish. A superb match for Italian cuisine, reflecting the skill and dedication of the Scavino family.
