Paolo Conterno Fora 2015

An intense straw-yellow Piedmont white that brings out the aromatic character of Traminer. Linden blossom, lime and ripe peaches appear on the nose; the palate is off-dry, with a well-balanced structure and a long, pleasantly aromatic finish with a hint of sweetness. Fermented and kept in stainless steel, preserving the balance of fruit and freshness. The 2015 vintage is now mature and pairs well with seafood, white meat and hard cheeses.
