Maurice Gavignet Pommard 2021

A classic Pommard: a medium-bodied wine with ripe red and dark cherries and plum on the nose, violet florals, a delicate note of tobacco and spice and a subtle touch of oak. The palate is dry, with medium-plus acidity and fine-grained tannins, offering good balance and a long finish. Excellent with duck and game; ready to enjoy now, yet it will continue to develop for a few more years.
