Schillerberg Rosé 2017 is a deeply hued, long-aged rosé that marries the drive of Blaufränkisch with the succulence of Zweigelt. The nose opens with ripe and sour cherry, wild strawberry, lemon balm and a hint of bergamot, rounded by a subtle herbal lift. The palate is dry and juicy with precise acidity, a gentle tannic frame and a fine, seamless texture. It feels composed and energetic, finishing long, clean and lightly saline.
