Jean-Philippe Marchand Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

A textbook Bourgogne Chardonnay focused on clarity and finesse. The nose opens with white blossom, bright lemon and green apple, shaded by a delicate touch of honey and a hint of hazelnut. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with a rounded texture, lifted by lively acidity that keeps everything crisp and precise. The finish is long, carrying a subtle saline-mineral thread. Excellent with shellfish, roast poultry and mild cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C.
