Douhairet - Porcheret Monthelie Aux Echanges Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru 2021

A Burgundy red with a silky structure and poised floral aromas, bringing out the pure elegance of Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Aux Échanges. The 2021 vintage shows redcurrant and sour cherry, complemented by violet and rose-blossom nuances and fine chalky minerality. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, woven tannins and precise acidity; the finish is long and delicately saline. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from vines averaging ~50 years, hand-harvested, underlining the style's delicate texture and precision.
