Description:
A poised, right-bank Bordeaux with classic Saint-Émilion character. The nose opens on ripe black cherry, plum and bramble, layered with cedar, tobacco, gentle baking spice and a touch of forest floor. The palate is medium-bodied and supple at 13% ABV, framed by fresh acidity and fine, chalk-tinged tannins. Fruit stays lively while oak sits neatly in the background; the finish is clean and moderately long, echoing plum, cocoa and a hint of savory spice. Drinking well now with a few years of positive evolution left. Pair with roast lamb, mushroom dishes or aged hard cheeses.
