Champagne William Saintot Prestige 375ml

From the family's Premier Cru vineyards in Avenay-Val-d'Or and Bisseuil, this cuvée combines the backbone of Pinot Noir with the freshness and tension of Chardonnay. A large share of the base wines ages in oak, and reserve wines come from a solera system started in 2010; partial malolactic and a very low dosage shape a dry, precisely tuned, layered style. In the glass: a fine mousse, red berries and citrus, toasted brioche, a clean mineral line and a long, elegant finish.
