Champagne Simon Rion Reserve Extra Brut

A bone-dry Champagne created for seafood and savoury starters, from Courmas on the western slope of the Montagne de Reims. Pinot Meunier dominates the blend alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, giving ripe apple and lemon nuances, fine toast and brioche on the nose. The palate is taut and energetic, with a very fine mousse, precise acidity and a chalky-saline, clean finish.
