Champagne Simon Rion Originel Brut Champagne

An elegant, focused Champagne reflecting the clay-limestone soils of Courmas in the Petite Montagne de Reims. The nose shows pear and ripe apple, freshly baked bread and a delicate nuance of hazelnut and chalk; on the palate, the structure of Meunier meets the juiciness of Pinot Noir and the taut freshness of Chardonnay. The finish is long with a saline touch – excellent as an aperitif and with simple bistro dishes. Fermented in stainless steel and concrete, with full malolactic and a balanced dosage to highlight purity and drinkability.
