A silky mousse and precise extra brut style open with lemon, redcurrant and white blossom, framed by chalky minerality. The balance of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay gives the core both structure and elegance; fresh berry fruit, a delicate brioche nuance and spicy tension intertwine, leading to a long, dry finish. The cuvée is made from the "heart" of a single vintage and bottled in a small run of around 1,000 bottles, underlining artisanal precision and the clear signature of the Petite Montagne de Reims terroir.
