Champagne Simon Rion Blanc de Noirs 2018

A finely structured Blanc de Noirs Champagne born on the lime-rich soils of Courmas on the slopes of the Petite Montagne de Reims. Made mostly from Pinot Noir with Pinot Meunier, it combines power and precision: ripe red berries and a delicate toasty nuance on the nose, slender acidity, a mineral backbone and a persistent, finely beaded texture on the palate. The Extra Brut style brings out fruit purity and terroir expression, making it suitable both as an aperitif and with food, especially poultry, fish dishes and soft cheeses.
