Champagne Roger Coulon L`Hommee Premier Cru Extra Brut Magnum

A finely structured, precisely balanced Premier Cru Champagne from historic old plots on the Montagne de Reims. The nose weaves ripe orchard fruit, lemon zest and brioche; the palate shows zesty acidity, chalky minerality and a dry, long finish reflecting the Extra Brut style. The magnum format gives the wine extra breadth and creaminess, as the larger bottle develops more slowly and lees ageing adds depth – excellent as an aperitif or with delicate seafood.
