A finely drawn yet powerful Champagne from the Premier Cru vineyards Mont Âme and Migerats around Écueil and Les Mesneux in the Montagne de Reims. The ripeness of 2015 shows as baked apple and redcurrant, framed by brioche, toasted almond and citrus peel. 100% Pinot Noir brings structure and warmth, a fine mousse creates a silky texture, and a very low dosage (Extra Brut) brings out chalky minerality and a precise, persistent finish. Matured at length on its lees, the wine is both gastronomic and concentrated, balancing freshness and depth.
