A Premier Cru Champagne from the slopes of the Montagne de Reims, offering a pure expression of the chalky terroir of four villages. Biodynamically grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier give a fine, creamy bead, zesty acidity and precise, saline minerality. Green apple, yellow plum and lemon zest appear on nose and palate, framed by almond, brioche and a delicate oak nuance. The finish is long and taut, with a dryness that suits both an aperitif and seafood or fine starters.
