100% Meunier

A single-field vintage Champagne bringing out the richness of ripe Meunier and the chalky freshness of the Montagne de Reims. Grapes from the Les Romaines Premier Cru vineyard in Villedommange (0.39 ha) are fermented and aged in Burgundy oak barrels, after which the wine matures at length in bottle on its lees. The zero-dosage, bone-dry style opens with yellow apple, lemon zest and brioche, framed by fine spice, chalky minerality and a silky mousse – a balanced, elegant Champagne that shines with food or on its own.
