A distinctive single-vineyard Grand Cru Champagne expressing the tension and purity of Verzenay's chalk-rich Montagne de Reims. The ripe, well-structured 2012 style brings red berries, blood orange and delicate dried-flower notes to the nose, framed by saline minerality and a fine, persistent mousse. The palate is dry, focused and powerful, with a very long, precise finish. The cuvée comes from the Les Champs Saint Martin plot, is made from 100% Pinot Noir and bottled with a brut dosage to underline the clarity of the terroir.
