Champagne Hugues Godmé Les Bouquets Montagne Nord Grand Cru

A crisp, gastronomic Grand Cru Champagne from the northern chalk hills of the Montagne de Reims, with grapes from Verzy and Verzenay. Pressed from biodynamically grown fruit, the cuvée blends 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay; part of the base wine ferments in neutral oak, adding structure and depth. The zero-dosage (Brut Nature) style highlights elegant freshness: pear, white peach, lemon zest and a hazelnut-brioche nuance on the nose; a fine mousse, chalky and lightly saline palate, precise acidity and a long, mineral finish. Ideal as a table Champagne, especially with shellfish, poultry and soft cheeses.
