An elegant Premier Cru Champagne from villages of the Montagne de Reims, combining the characters of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier into a harmonious, finely beaded cuvée. Ripe apple and pear, fresh lemon zest and a discreet brioche nuance on the nose; on the palate, the Extra-Sec style gives a gentle sweetness balanced by lively acidity and a chalky finish. Blended from reserve wines of several vintages with around 15 g/l dosage, it is excellent as an aperitif or with lighter dishes.
