Champagne Hugues Godmé Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru

A finely balanced Champagne from Chardonnay in the Premier Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims, where white-fleshed fruit, lemon zest and chalky minerality intertwine with sparkling freshness. Biodynamically grown grapes from Villers-Marmery and Villedommange give an elegant mousse and a precise, taut structure; partial fermentation in oak adds delicate texture and a brioche nuance. The finish is long, lightly saline and stony – excellent as an aperitif and with seafood.
