August Eser Pretty In Pink VDP.GUTSWEIN 2024

"Pretty In Pink" from August Eser is a delicately crafted rosé that combines the graceful polish of Spätburgunder with playful fruit. The wine shines a pale salmon-pink and offers an enticing bouquet of wild strawberry, redcurrant and a whisper of rose blossom. The palate is light and airy, with summer raspberry, the fine zest of pink grapefruit and a touch of crushed stone minerality living within a frame of bright acidity. The texture is silky and leads to a crisp, refreshing finish that leaves a lasting impression of vivid red berries and soft herbs. An elegant, food-friendly rosé that shows the clarity of the Rheingau's cool climate.
