Champagne Andre Jacquart Millesime Experience Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut 2013

An elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru. The grapes come from parcels with vines over 65 years old, bringing depth, concentration, and a strong expression of terroir.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in oak barrels, adding texture and complexity, while no malolactic fermentation preserves freshness and precision. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 years, gaining remarkable finesse and complexity. It is finished with a light dosage of 4 g/l, using a traditional liqueur at disgorgement.

This cuvée pairs beautifully with poultry, veal rib, and Asian cuisine.
