1. General Terms
These terms apply to the purchase of goods on the website www.winecraft.ee. The online store is owned by Wine Craft OÜ. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the applicable terms of sale.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT (24%).
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is first received into the Maksekeskus account, which then forwards it to the merchant. Supported payment methods: bank links, card payments (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, etc.
3. Receiving and Delivery of Products
Delivery of goods within Estonia:
Parcel locker: within 1–3 business days
Courier: within 1–3 business days
Store pickup: free of charge, Allveelaeva 4, Tallinn
Delivery costs are shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days, except in special cases (e.g. alcohol). Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to alcoholic beverages, which are liable to deteriorate quickly and whose price depends on market fluctuations (§ 53 (4) 4) and 5) of the Law of Obligations Act).
Refunds are made within 5 business days after the goods are returned and inspected, to the same payment method used.
5. Cancelling an Order
An order can be cancelled before the goods are shipped by sending a notice to order@winecraft.ee.
6. Complaints and Liability
If the goods are defective or damaged, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase. Please notify us of any problem by e-mail as soon as possible.
The online store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is liable, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The online store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
7. Privacy and Data Processing
All personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purpose of completing the sales transaction.
8. Final Provisions
Wine Craft OÜ has the right to change the terms of sale and prices, notifying customers via the website. An order is subject to the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
