Return and Refund Policy (ENGLISH)

Thank you for shopping at winecraft.ee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The original packaging and labeling must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@winecraft.ee with the subject “Return Order #[Your Order Number]”

  2. Pack the product safely

  3. Send it to:
    Allveelaeva 4-150, Tallinn, 10415. Estonia

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Personalized gift sets

  • Items returned after 14 days

Tagastamine

Teil on õigus kaup tagastada 14 päeva jooksul alates selle kättesaamisest.

Tingimused:

  • Toode peab olema avamata ja kasutamata

  • Originaalpakend ja sildid peavad olema terved

  • Vajalik on ostutõend või arve

Kuidas tagastada

  1. Kirjutage meile aadressil info@winecraft.ee, teemaga “Tellimuse tagastus #[Teie tellimuse number]”

  2. Pakendage toode turvaliselt

  3. Saatke see aadressile:
    Allveelaeva 4-150, Tallinn, 10415. Estonia

Tagastamise postikulud katab klient, välja arvatud juhul, kui tegemist on meie vea või vigase tootega.

Raha tagastamine

Pärast toote kättesaamist teavitame teid selle seisukorrast ja tagasimakse otsusest.
Heakskiidu korral kantakse raha tagasi 5–10 tööpäeva jooksul.

Vigased või valed tooted

Kui olete saanud vigase või vale toote, võtke meiega ühendust 48 tunni jooksul. Me saadame asendustoote või tagastame raha.

  • Avatud või kasutatud pudelid

  • Isikupärastatud kinkekomplektid

  • Tagastused pärast 14 päeva
